Such as westlake or pacific place mall located downtown, or preferrably southcenter the new "westfield mall" in tukwila, WA. It is now the biggest mall in washington with many makeup stands competing for business all willing to do your makeup for free. Lancome, MAC, macy's nordstroms, like 12 other places on all ends of the mall, they will do it very nice then try to sell you something, u can buy a cheap eye makeup or lipgloss for like 10$ or under, you can not buy anything at all. Totally up to you. You can even slide them a 5$ tip if you'd like.
